What is the price for a pair of customs?

Pricing varies by project complexity and requested turnaround time. Basic customs start at $200 for adult and $165 for youth excluding cost of cleat and shipping.

Can I pay half up-front and the rest upon completion?

Full payment is required up-front before the project begins.

Is there a return policy?

All projects and sales are final.

Where do you currently ship? 

Anywhere in the world. All shipping and handling costs will be included in the final pricing. 

What happens if my customs do not arrive?

Once the package is assigned a tracking number and leaves Undefined Customs’ possession, Undefined Customs is not held liable for missing packages. All packages are shipped with full insurance.

Where do I send my cleats or shoes?

A shipping address will be provided once a project has been agreed upon and the invoice has been paid.

What happens if my shoes are damaged when they arrive?

All custom orders go through a full inspection before they are shipped. Customers will receive full-color photos of the finished project before it is shipped to ensure the finished quality.

What is the standard turnaround time?

4-6 weeks during the off-season (8-10 weeks during Football season), rush turnaround is available upon request for an additional fee. (1-2 weeks minimum.)

Can these be worn daily?

Absolutely. Undefined Customs used their own proprietary intercoat that has been known to take the harshest of abuse and stay un-scuffed. However, all projects are works of art and should be treated as such.

What if the shoes get scuffed or scraped?

This will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Undefined Customs will do our best to assist however we can. However, customers will be liable for shipping costs and may be liable for retouching fees.

Do shoes or cleats need to be brand new?

Yes, all shoes or cleats must be brand new. Any shoe or cleat that is too worn to be worked on will be sent back at the customer’s expense.

Do you provide the shoe or the cleat?

Undefined Customs can provide you with the cleat or shoe of your choice, however, the cost will be factored into the final cost of the project.
